AIA HAS BEEN AWARDED WITH FAMILY TAKAFUL LICENSE; REGISTER FOR TAKAFUL BASIC EXAMINATION (TBE) & SIGN AGENCY AGREEMENT NOW!

The Fantastic news that we have all been anticipating is Finally Announced!

               

We are delighted to inform you that Bank Negara recently announced that AIA International AssuranceBerhad has been awarded the Family Takaful license. What does this mean to all of our champions at CWA? YOU would have the opportunity to offer an extensive range of Family Takaful protection products to your valued customers!

 

Sometime late year 2008, we have sought to exempt all our active agents from sitting for Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) with Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA) as per List A and List B below. All these exempted agents have to do is to sign the agency agreement with AIA (under joint collaboration with CWA).

 

List A – List of TBE exempted agents who are contracted with AIA

 

Please refer to your Assist System for existing agents.

 

 

List B – List of TBE exempted agents who have yet to sign agency agreement with AIA

 

Agents in List B (please refer to Assist for attached name list) are also exempted from sitting for Takaful Basic Examination. However, in our records, this group of agents has yet to sign the agency agreement with AIA. We are now urging you to quickly sign up the agency agreement by 30 November 2010.
