1. Knowledge is only 8%..attitude n skills is 92%..

2. Mind must be very sharp..be prepared..

3.  High networth will only buy fr FRIENDS..rapport and recommendation from your existing client is very important..

4. Be humble,client loves successful agent but humble..

5. Activity is very important,continue meeting a lot of clients for retail,big cases will come along the way!!
