The process involved in IEP covers various stages from taking instructions by consultants, submission of documents to CWA, drafting of documents by aST, review and execution of documents by customer and finally registration of the documents by aST. Consultants are advised to adhere to the standard turn-around-times highlighted in the enclosed Islamic Estate Planning – Operational Guide so that customer can be serviced in a timely and efficient manner leading to the closure of the case. Failure to adhere to the set standard may result in the case be reassigned to CWA for further reassignment to eligible upline or to be serviced by CWA directly. In this instance, no commission will be paid to consultant.
We wish to remind all consultants that the customer’s information for IEP is strictly private and confidential. This is highly sensitive information that shall only be known by the customer and the servicing consultant. Please respect the privacy of the customer and do not share or disclose the information to other parties. Always submit the IEP documents in a sealed envelope.
